Our team produced a multi-day internal conference in Oakland for more than 8,000 attendees, managing the event from concept through final execution. We led both the complex logistics and the creative design, collaborating closely with vendor partners to bring the vision to life. Over three days, we built and programmed a dynamic experience featuring guest speakers, entertainers, and immersive content. The event’s centerpiece was an entire city constructed from the ground up in a parking lot, transforming an empty space into a vibrant destination. From early planning through final load-out, we orchestrated every element to deliver a seamless, high-impact event that reflected the company’s culture and vision.

This CEO Summit brought together an exceptional group of leaders at the Montage in Healdsburg. The event centered around a custom-built tent designed to blend Restoration Hardware elegance with the living room of your dreams. Working closely with our client, we fully designed and planned an immersive experience that brought the many elements of California to life through thoughtful design, food, entertainment, and interactive moments.
