As owner, planner, and producer, Lally works with both wedding and corporate clients and delivers events that are memorable and seamless. Lally has extensive experience in all facets of events, from management, strategy, and content curation to production, design, and florals. Clients continue to be inspired by her fresh takes on their annual events with ideas she dreams up on the spot. She started Lally Events in 2017 and has produced hundreds of bespoke events since.
When Lally is not creating epic timelines, she loves spending time outdoors with her family.
ERIKA RICHARDS
DIRECTOR OF CORPORATE EVENTS
Erika directs planning for our corporate events. Her passion for creating unique, tailored experiences that nurture meaningful relationships and strengthen company culture for our clients has led clients to return year after year.
Leveraging her extensive experience in the culinary sector and production services, Erika has built strong relationships that vendors value, helping LE foster enduring partnerships.
Erika holds an MBA from California State University, East Bay. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to new destinations, discovering the latest restaurants around the world, and spending quality time with her son.
STEPHANIE CHAU
SENIOR Wedding & Event Producer
Stephanie joined the LE team in 2020 and brings a background in Hospitality Management and a heart for meaningful connection to every celebration she plans. She leads weddings of her own and works alongside the Founder to craft events that are as personal as they are polished. Known for her timeless style with unexpected, contemporary touches, Stephanie specializes in designing immersive experiences that reflect each couple’s unique story.
She believes the best events are built on genuine connection, and loves getting to know her clients to thoughtfully translate their style, values, and love story into every detail.
When she's not designing dream days, you’ll likely find her at a concert soaking up inspiration and live music all over the world!
COURTNEY DARDENNE
CORPORATE EVENTS PROJECT MANAGER
Courtney works directly with our corporate clients leading projects globally. Her grounded energy and effortless approach to logistical details give clients confidence on the outcome for their experiences.
When Courtney is not planning events, she can be found in the yoga studio, exploring new restaurants in the city, or hanging with her French bulldog, Mila.

Kimberly is a seasoned event producer with over a decade of experience designing high-impact experiences that bring people together. With a background in hospitality and a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Northern Arizona University, she specializes in corporate events, executive experiences, and workplace activations.
Known for her work with VIPs and C-suite clients, Kimberly ensures every detail is handled with care. She brings visions to life with creativity, precision, and a deep belief that connection is at the heart of every great event.
When she’s not bringing events to life, you can find Kimberly exploring the Bay Area’s best restaurants, enjoying the outdoors, or sharing laughter with family and friends—because to her, connection is at the heart of every great event.
JULIA HOLLAND
EVENT PRODUCER
As a Corporate Event Producer at Lally Events, Julia brings a strategic, hands-on approach to executing high-impact experiences for executive audiences. Julia specializes in transforming complex visions into seamless events that are tailored to each client’s unique identity and goals.
Julia’s expertise spans across every aspect of the event lifecycle including logistics, vendor, and production management, creative direction, and executive-level client service. Her cross-industry experience sharpens her ability to navigate fast-paced environments and deliver results with clarity, efficiency, and intention. Julia has led polished, high-touch programs for C-suite leaders, founders, and global teams – balancing precision and agility in every detail.
While not refining budgets and double checking timelines, Julia can be found spending time with her friends and family, trying new recipes, and hiking.
OLIVIA HAYWOOD
EVENT MANAGER
Olivia is a creative and results-driven event producer with over eight years of experience bringing all types of events to life—from large-scale trade shows to intimate celebrations. With a background that spans catering management, event rentals, and full-scale production, she thrives on taking a client’s vision and turning it into something truly memorable. Known for her detail-oriented approach and calm-under-pressure attitude, Olivia is passionate about thoughtful design and creating unique experiences that leave a lasting impression.
When she’s not on-site or sketching out event concepts, you’ll likely find Olivia exploring the outdoors on long walks with her golden retriever, Mango, tending to her garden, or trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Munnat is an experienced event designer with years of expertise in bringing high-quality, bespoke events to life, from multi-day destination weddings to intimate dinner parties and high profile corporate events. Her skill in design lies in leveraging her own refined aesthetic to take a client's vision from abstract to concrete. For her, beauty lies in the details, from perfectly draping a fabric, to how ambient lighting can transform a space and how varying color palettes can evoke a certain ambiance.
When she's not at work designing, you can catch her on a flight to a new destination, watching Bravo, or sipping on an espresso martini!

With more than a decade of hospitality experience across venue operations and full-service wedding and event planning, Kimberly brings a highly structured and detail-oriented approach to every celebration she produces.
Specializing in event logistics and communication, she excels at the ability to anticipate needs, streamline complex details, and ensuring events run seamlessly from start to finish. She takes the time to understand her clients’ vision, personalities and stories, thoughtfully shaping each detail to reflect what makes their celebration unique. Her clients appreciate her calm demeanor, meticulous organization, and commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
Based in Napa, Kimberly enjoys spending her time outside of work with her boyfriend and their two golden retrievers, Archie and Enzo. She values quiet time at home and the simple routines that allow her to recharge and spend meaningful time with her loved ones.
WESLEY DICKINSON
Associate PLANNER
Wesley brings an energetic, hospitality-first approach to creating memorable, high-impact experiences. With a background spanning corporate events, wedding planning, and Michelin-star restaurants, she excels at translating big ideas into beautifully executed moments.
Wesley is a hands-on producer who navigates every stage of the event process with clarity and creativity, from logistics and vendor management to design, production, and client communication. Her time in luxury dining and fast-paced event environments fuels her ability to anticipate every detail and deliver polished experiences that feel effortless for guests and clients alike.
Outside of work, Wesley loves exploring new thrift stores, being a dog morm, or being out on the golf course.
KAYLA CLARK
PROJECT MANAGER
With more than six years of experience supporting and producing corporate events, Kayla brings a structured, detail minded, and solutions focused approach to every program she manages. She began her career in the mobile ad tech space, spending over ten years in client services before transitioning into events, giving her a strong foundation in communication, stakeholder alignment, and guiding fast moving projects with clarity.
Specializing in project flow, logistics, and client experience, Kayla is known for anticipating needs, streamlining details, and keeping teams organized and confident from planning through on-site execution. She loves understanding each client’s goals and working style, and her calm presence and positive energy help create a smooth and enjoyable process for everyone involved.
Based in San Francisco’s Sunset District, Kayla enjoys traveling, discovering new music, caring for her many house plants, and spending time with her cat Luna.
PEYTON HOUSE
OFFICE ADMIN & EVENT ASSISTANT
Born and raised in the Bay Area, Peyton moved to Nashville to pursue a BFA in Musical Theater at Belmont University. While there, she discovered her passion for hospitality and events, leading her to switch majors to Corporate Communications. Now, she’s the organizational force behind the scenes at Lally Events, keeping the office running smoothly and assisting lead planners with every detail to ensure flawless event execution.
In her free time, Peyton is an avid baker, specializing in decorated sugar cookies customized for any event or occasion. She has also stayed true to her roots in dance, teaching and taking classes in tap and jazz.
Whether organizing an event or indulging in her various hobbies, Peyton brings passion and attention to detail to everything she does.
